Being visible online is becoming a key factor to a business’ success. As with anything you do which involves being competitive, whether it is playing sport, quoting for a job or ranking highly in the search engines, there needs to be a comprehensive strategy to ensure success. You can’t compete successfully if you don’t know what the rules are and who your competition is.
SEO, which is short for Search Engine Optimisation, is the process of optimising your website to give it the best chances to rank highly in the search engines. It is about getting organic (which is free) traffic from search engine results – the main ones being Google and Bing.
There are two types of SEO which we do called Onsite SEO and Offsite SEO.
The big problem though, is that Google frowns on any activity which is designed to artificially alter their search results which is outside their webmaster guidelines, which is why it is important that we know what the rules are, or else it can have significant detrimental effects on a websites organic ranking.
We do extensive keyword and competitor analysis so we know who and what the true competition is and keep up to date with the web developer guidelines from Google.
We are always looking for clients who want greater visibility in the search engines and are looking to invest in a monthly SEO campaign.
