Below are the settings you need to setup an email account which is managed by Imajayne. There are two options you can choose, SSL or Non-SSL. Non-SSL is less problematic as sometimes there can be conflicts with SSL, Windows Firewalls and Virus Scanners.
Non-SSL Settings
Username: user@yourdomain.com.au
Password: Use the email account’s password
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com.au
IMAP Port: 143
POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com.au
SMTP Port: 25 (or 26 if experiencing issues)
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
Secure SSL/TLS Settings
Username: user@yourdomain.com.au
Password: Use the email account’s password
Incoming Server: web10.netorigin.com.au
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: web10.netorigin.com.au
SMTP Port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
Please Note
All outgoing mail is sent using SMTP.
Please ensure you have set your emails to be deleted from the server, either upon download or after a set number of days.
IMAP email access coordinates between the server and your mail application. Messages that have been read/deleted/replied to will show up as such, both on the server and in the mail application.
POP3 does not coordinate with the server. Messages marked as read/deleted/replied to in the mail application will not show up as such on the server. This means that future mail downloads with POP3 will show all messages as unread.
You can read an article explaining IMAP and POP3 further here.
